The development consists of single rooms, suites, penthouses, cottages etc., along with shopping and Recreational facilities, auditoriums, maintenance blocks, activity centers etc. Fountains, swimming pools, decks, amphitheaters, pavilions, clubhouse facilities etc. form an integral part of the planned scheme.
